are regenerated from the live tables on each sync, so never hand-edit anything
under generated/.

Add or replace a document
Markdown or plain text, up to 2 MB. Uploading to a path that already exists replaces it. Indexed straight away — no sync needed.
Keep it under docs/. Leave blank when picking a file and the file name is used.
Only .md, .markdown and .txt are indexed. Convert a PDF or Word document to markdown first.
Put the question in the heading — retrieval matches headings strongly, so “Why are my emails going to spam?” is found far more reliably than “Notes”.
What would Dottie find?
The same retrieval Dottie runs. Nothing returned means Dottie would say the knowledge base does not cover it, rather than guess.
